Candace O’Brien attended Michigan State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan and has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 1992.
Candace is passionate about assisting those who want to become parents to realize their dreams. Candace began her work in international adoption over 20 years ago.
